Who will deliver my food?

Our Goodness boxes are delivered by DPD. Your courier will collect from us and deliver to you on a next day service. Your food is packaged in a chilled box and kept cool whilst in transit.

What if I'm out when my food is delivered?

DPD will contact you to advise of your 1 hour delivery window. If you're not going to be home you will have the option to leave your box in a designated safe place or with a neighbour. Download the DPD app to let them know where you would prefer your delivery left. As all our boxes are foil lined and include food safety gel packs, we can guarantee the contents will be kept cool for up to 48 hours.

How often will I receive my meals?

Our subscription service ensures you will receive seven freshly prepared meals for two (or four if you choose our family box) every Friday. You can opt for our chefs selection which offers a mixture of dishes, or your favourites if you'd rather mix and match.

How can I contact you?

Please email us or telephone 0844 88 44 522. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Our telephone hours are Monday to Sunday 9am - 5pm.

Are your meals vegan?

They are. We do not use meat, dairy, eggs or honey (or ingredients containing any of these) in any of our dishes.

Are your meals allergen free?

Our meals are all vegan, gluten free and dairy free. They do contain celery and nuts. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that gluten does not make it's way into our foods, we can not guarantee that they will be 100% free of trace elements. This goes for our ingredients too. We use pasta, stock, mustard and other ingredients which are clearly defined as gluten free, but in case of severe allergy reactions we issue a clear disclaimer that trace elements can not be accounted for.

Are Goodness Meals organic?

Whilst we make every effort to source locally farmed, organic ingredients for use in our meals, this can't always be guaranteed. We want to make healthy, plant powered eating affordable and attainable for everyone - certain organic produce can be prohibitively expensive. We are committed to our mission of making Goodness Meals and the packaging they come in as ethically and consciously healthy as possible for everyone.

What ingredients do you use to make Goodness Meals?

We primarily use lots of plant based foods. Fresh vegetables and fruit together with lots of beans, peas, lentils, nuts and seeds. We never, ever use meat or animal derived products in our food - making our meals perfect for a vegan or vegetarian diet.

Our meals are always gluten free, the pasta we used is manufactured using maize, corn and rice instead of wheat.

We also exclude nightshades entirely from all our dishes. Nightshades are tomatoes, white potatoes, aubergine (egg plant), chillies, peppers and more. These seemingly healthy vegetables can have a negative impact upon the immune system. For anyone struggling with psoriasis, lupus, arthritis or any other auto-immune condition, it can be beneficial to limit these foods or remove them entirely from your diet.

Will I lose or gain weight by eating Goodness Meals?

Our focus is predominantly health and that includes attaining your optimum weight. Whether you will gain or lose weight depends on a huge variety of factors. Your existing weight, your lifestyle, your current diet - these will all play a part. Our meals are designed for optimum health and nutrition. Check out our MEALS page which includes nutritional information for each dish, along with suggestions for healthy and filling side dishes.

How many people will one meal serve?

Each meal in the box is portioned for 2 people. This gives you the option to share with your partner, housemate, sibling or friend ... or of course save the second portion for lunch and snaffle it yourself!

How do I store my food?

You can store your meals in the fridge or freezer. As our food does not contain artificial preservatives we recommend freezing for up to 3 months max. Meals can also be kept in the fridge for 3 days. We would recommend storing your delivery in the freezer on the day it arrives and either defrosting from frozen or taking your meal out in the morning to defrost and eat that evening.

How do I reheat my meals?

Our meals can be reheated in a microwave by simply removing the lid. You can also transfer your food to a saucepan and heat on the hob or pop into an ovenproof dish to warm in the oven. Follow the instructions found on our website and labels but please do bear in mind each appliance can vary slightly so ensure your food is lovely and hot before serving.
