This is one of my favourite Italian meals. The sauce originates from the Lazio region, around Rome. It's a spicy combination, traditionally made from garlic, tomatoes, and red chili peppers cooked in olive oil. Our version is made nightshade free using tomatoless sauce, our pasta is gluten free and the spicy kick to our dish is free from chillies.
FROM THE FRIDGE (we always recommend taking your meals out of the freezer in advance)
Microwave Recommended, 8 mins
Remove the plastic tub lid, place your meal in middle of your microwave and hit go. Heat for 6-8 mins until hot, stirring halfway. Leave to stand for 1 min before serving.

OVEN / HOB
You can also reheat this dish on your hob. Simply remove the pasta from it's plastic tub and add to a saucepan or large skillet. Gently warm over a low heat for 7 - 10 minutes or until it's well heated througout.
I adore this spicy little pasta dish. It really does make a meal in itself, but here are some ideas of side dishes if you're mega hungry;
add some gluten free garlic bread
or a lovely big green salad if you're feeling super healthy
