MOROCCAN TAGINE

A wonderfully bright dish bursting with fruity flavours, my favourite thing about our Moroccan Tagine is the sweet, juicy apricots. Tagine cooking produces brilliantly tender vegetables infused with Moroccan flavours.  And the wonderful balance of sweet and spice makes it a brilliant winter supper.

Microwave Recommended, 6 mins

Remove lid, place in middle of your microwave and hit go. Heat for 6 mins until bubbling, stirring halfway. Leave to stand for 1 min before serving.
