Crammed with tons of health boosting root vegetables and boasting delicate flavours of aromatic winter herbs including English rosemary and thyme. This is a wonderfully satisfying bowl of goodness.
It's my absolute favourite thing to serve piping hot on a chilly winters evening. Accompanied by chunks of lightly toasted gluten free rustic bread.

Remove lid, place in middle of your microwave and hit go. Heat for 6 mins until bubbling, stirring halfway. Leave to stand for 1 min before serving.
